What is AVIVA?
The Aviva Method is a natural, non-invasive exercise system that promotes women’s reproductive health and hormonal balance, created by Aviva Gabriella Steiner, an Israeli physical therapist and dancer. It can aid with:
Menstrual irregularities
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Elimination of fibroids and cysts
Fallopian tube obstruction and adhesions

The method uses rhythmic, dance-like, structured movements that target the pelvic area, enhancing circulation, detoxification, and oxygenation of reproductive organs situated in this area. This rejuvenates them and stimulates hormonal feedback loops, contributing to overall hormonal balance.

What you will get?
The goal of workshop is to educate you about the Aviva method, and teach you the primary set of 19 exercises. The primary set is for everyone and when regularly practices, 2x a week, it can brings benefits in 3-6 months. We will deep dive into the exercises with objective to reach precision in the movements, learning how to activate pelvic area muscles to nourish reproductive organs.
We will practice together, allowing you to effortlessly tap into the flow of the movements and become at ease with the sequence. And more, you will:
- Explore your breath and learn how to use it to support both active, conscious movement and relaxation.
- Deepen your understanding of reproductive health
- Reconnect with your body and learn how to activate your body’s natural
processes to support hormonal balance and reproductive well-being.
How the course is organized?
Starting on 16 th of March, 4 Sundays in row, 2h in the afternoon 15-17h. Sessions are organized to give you time to arrive, ground and “arrive” to the present moment. We will cover theoretical part, and then move through exercises. We will close the session with relaxation, relying on power of yoga nidra. Same as for the movement the calmness is a vital step for reducing stress in our body and giving space to our body to restore and recover, enabling our organs to pursue their function, and serve us well.

ABOUT DAJANA – your Aviva Teacher
Dajana is a certified Aviva Method instructor, yoga teacher, psychologist, and former flamenco dancer. Her passion for supporting women stems from both her personal journey and professional expertise.
Dajana has her own story of how the Aviva helped her regulate her cycle, restore balance, and become a mom. This experience inspired her to become an Aviva instructor and dedicate herself to creating a safe, empowering space where women can heal, grow, and thrive.
She guides women in reconnecting with their body’s wisdom, naturally balancing their hormones, improving reproductive well-being, and vitality through movement.
Her background in yoga allows her to teach optimal posture and breathing techniques, while her experience as a dancer brings understanding of movement flow.
She invites you to reclaim vitality, balance, and the innate power of the feminine body together.
