Q: Are your classes suitable for beginners?

A: Yes all our classes are suitable for students of all levels. Our teachers will provide modifications and we always encourage you to listen to your body and work where is good for you. For intermediate - advanced level classes, we recommend for experienced clients only.

Q: Are there changing facilities at the studios?

A: Gonderange has a changing room, it would be better to come dressed for class at Strassen.

Q: What shall I bring?

A: You just need a towel and a water bottle for our functional classes. For Pilates just a water bottle.

Q: What shall I wear?

A: Ladies, a good fitting sports bra, leggings or joggers and a t-shirt, especially for our functional classes. Gentlemen, good fitting shorts, leggings or joggers and a T-Shirt. Pilates is practiced barefoot or with pilates socks. Functional classes with indoor trainers.

Q: What membership or class pass options do you have?

A: Please have a look at our Prices page as this lists and details all our membership and class pack information.

Q: Is there parking available at the studios?

A: Yes we have a lot of parking options at all locations. Gonderange is onsite, Strassen has 3 spaces at the front of the studio and free street parking but don’t forget to put your blue disk.

Q: What are the class sizes at Thrive?

A: Our classes are designed with you in mind. Class sizes are small so that we can offer you a more personalised practice and support from our teachers. Our group room classes are 8-15 students and Reformer is 5 students (depending on the venue).

Q: How do I schedule a class?

A: Booking your spot at Thrive Studio is easy. Our Momence booking system makes it easy and accessible to manage your account, payments and bookings. Just click on SCHEDULE on the website, create a username and password, and you're all set. See you in class! Always feel free to drop us an email if you need any assistance or have any questions.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

A: Yes, we offer a 4 hour cancellation period.  If you know you won't be able to make it to class, simply log into your account and cancel your reservation for free 4 hours prior to your class time, the credit will then be added back onto your account for future bookings. 

"Late Cancel" is cancelling a class less than 4 hours in advance of the class you cannot attend.  "No Show" is failing to attend a reserved class and failing to cancel ahead of time.  Unlimited membership packages will be charged a €‎30 fee for “no show” or “late cancel”, if you have a class pack then that session will be lost.

We enforce this policy to ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to reserve a class.  You can also drop us a SMS to an email to cancel and reschedule. 

Q: Can I use my membership or class pack at all studio locations?

A: Yes, your membership or class pack can be used at all of our locations.

Q: How can I make a payment for a membership or class pack?

A: Payments can be made online through our website. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit card, debit card, cash, payconiq, and bank transfer.

Q: Are mats provided at the studio?

A: Yes but you are welcome to bring your own.
