This 6-week CoreRestore course is designed by PowerMama to help you regain strength, confidence, and energy by focusing on core and pelvic floor recovery, as well as posture, breathing, and mobility. It helps reduce back- and pelvis pain, release tension from heavy mom life and share your experiences with other moms.
Each class contains targeted strength exercise, gentle cardio and soothing stretches under expert guidance from a certified and licensed PowerMama trainer.
